The Lyncroft Residence is a single-family home of five in the town of Hampstead.
The clients’ original ask aimed to modernize only a few of the common spaces with furnishings, yet quickly spilled over the rest of the house with a substantial scope and renovations. The kitchen was eventually added to the mix in consortium with Chrome Design, who’s technical and detailed approach made for a perfect pairing. In total, twenty-two rooms and areas were altered.
Notes of Mid-Century Modern on the facade and architecture proved a great catalyst to our ideation process. Interiors were conceptualized and curated over the course of three years with care and precision, and through close collaboration with clients, who’s refined taste in fashion, travel and art certainly influenced selections.
The home’s essence was enhanced through the use of layered shapes, textures, patterns, noble materials, and harmonized with a rich and sultry palette. What trickled down was a bold rendition by artists and artisans, from here and afar.
All of which was possible thanks to:
Our team comprised of Marc-Antoine Gagnon, Geneviève Roy and Stéphanie Lafond St-Arneault.
