We are pleased to announce that this beautiful residence signed by SGD A is now available for short-term rental! This architectural work has been carefully designed to offer you an elegant and functional living space in an idyllic setting.
This residence composed of several sections that overlap each other has been thought to make the most of the view of the St. Lawrence River. The lower section composed of large concrete blocks houses the bedrooms and a family room while the two upper volumes clad in pale wood extend the living areas and the master bedroom outward.
The two volumes are joined by a black steel section whose sobriety contrasts to give the architecture a modern touch.
The cantilevered terrace, which appears to be an extension of the steel section, aligns with the living areas, whose sleek design is dressed in neutral colors used to create a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The height of elegance is the ceiling of the living spaces and its cabinetry that forms a vanishing point that projects the view towards the panorama.
