The Manufacture is not a standard factory but rather an experience that combines the needs of the most advanced industry with the desire for creativity and social emulation of a resolutely forward-looking company. The architecture is inspired by the surrounding atmospheres and geographies and the construction is made with different materials, lights and colors that reflect the impulses of nature. The Manufacture is a place for people and watchmaking that values the relationship with the environment, and offers all employees and visitors a unique experience of time. Each moment is different and unique.
Located in one of the folds of the Jura, near the town of Le Locle, the factory is essentially developed on a single level. This optimizes the industrial flow while allowing a northward orientation for all watchmakers.
