NANJING CLOUD CENTRE is located in Jiangning District of Nanjing City in Jiangsu Province, central East China. Close to the Qinhuai River and Baijia Lake, with great supporting facilities and transportation connections in the neighborhood, the site is a perfect location for living.
In masterplan, there are 8 high-rise residential buildings with 18 floors and 1 residential building with 17 floors, distributed in two rows in the north and south so that the central landscape is visually accessible to every apartment. The high-rise buildings are set back from the city and form a good urban interface. Internally the setback area is used for EVA, leaving a pure large-scale garden in the center.
The design concept is to create an oasis in the center of the city with green vegetation, water features and plazas. Nearly 10,000 square meters of central public green space, a super-scale community park of 160m x 58m, allows people to experience the city when they go out and the tranquility when they come back. The Club House is at the West Main Entrance, as a beginning of the relaxing journey.
