We learn from McLaren design concept and re structure the demands of space. The super large circular skylight film at the entrance creates a mutual reflection between the automobile exhibition hall and the office space. Use relatively flat space to divide some necessary office areas. Use the concept of borderless area to make a multi-functional leisure office integrated area to ensure the reasonable modular layout of office furniture and the best office area. At the same time, due to the emergence of this rectangular space, the originally closed space is virtually integrated. With the re interpretation of the spatial layout, it is separated into two small conference rooms and one large conference room. This rectangular office area becomes the core area of the whole office. Some narrow spaces cut out are just reasonably arranged into equipment room by us. The key point is that we have reorganized the streamline and spatial logic, so that everyone’s entry process is slowly entering from the concept space of an automobile exhibition hall, and also let the space bring surprise and sense of gain. Even so, we still spend a lot of time thinking about the plane, so that the best lighting falls entirely on the position of all office staff.
The new office design strategy is in line with the brand’s concept of “innovation + origin”, so that it has a subtle link with the essence of the internal brand core through the external visual sensory experience in the space. Through the combination relationship and combination form of materials in the space, the team hopes that this design uses the office space as the carrier to convey the cultural spirit of the enterprise, create the personality and attitude belonging to the brand, construct geometric and straight abstract symbols in the space elements, and put them into the space by extracting the original form related to the form of brand products, so as to produce a strong and dramatic space experience through visual collision. The multi-functional meeting room is orderly organized with strong blocks and colors full of visual sense, trying to describe the brand identity derived from the spatial representation, simplify the internal structure of the space and the complexity of equipment, and present it in the space with an eye-catching minimalist shape.
