The FLEUVE house is an ode to the majesty of the St. Lawrence River in its Charlevoix setting, with its timeless and contemporary design, affirming both its fluid horizontality and its verticality, from the garden level, which skirts the steep shapes of the site, to its skylight that looks up to the sky.
The Scandinavian spirit of its clean and minimalist lines, its healthy and sustainable materials, everything has been thought out in the smallest details according to a healthy and ecological lifestyle focused on health and well-being: sauna, steam shower with chromotherapy, stone bathtub, family/gym room.
Its bright interior, entirely lined with wood planks, transports us into a warm atmosphere with a unique cachet. Like a chapel, its cathedral ceiling crowns the common rooms, combining intimacy and conviviality. The four bedrooms range from the ground floor to the mezzanine floor; the first floor bedroom is universally accessible.
LEED certified, passive solar, ecological, energy efficient, with its superior insulation, triple glass windows, diamond polished hot water heating slab, and ecological materials, all efforts have been made to ensure durability, comfort, health, and a positive impact on the environment.
