Ingravitto Group has materialized a unique vision in the architectural and interior design of the Baltazares Restaurant in Dos Hermanas (Seville), making it a national reference for Gastronomic Space. The idealization of this space goes beyond mere functionality, exploring the connection between sensations, senses and design to create an exceptional culinary and visual experience.
The architectural design is characterized by its fluidity, where spaces are intertwined thus providing an immersive experience. The heart of this design is the central courtyard, an epicenter that articulates the different sectors of the restaurant, including dining areas, leisure areas, a kitchen open to the diner space, a stage for performances and live music, a cocktail bar and private dining rooms. This strategic layout allows for a visual and sensory interconnection that redefines the dining experience.
The open kitchen not only adds a dimension of transparency and authenticity to the experience, but also invites visitors to immerse themselves in the creative culinary process. The different areas, meticulously designed to suit the different meal-times of the day, allow for a smooth transition from relaxed lunches to more intimate and vibrant dinners.
The imperative choice of green elements in the design of Baltazares Restaurant is notorious in every corner. The presence of vegetation not only brings freshness and vitality, but also establishes a direct connection with Andalusian tradition. The use of wood as a natural element adds warmth and authenticity, while the various textures on walls, floors and ceilings provide a visual kind of treasure hunt that invites you to explore every corner of the space. The careful incorporation of both natural lighting in the central courtyard and artificial lighting with warmer as well as cooler colors, brings variety and fun to the spaces depending on the time of day they are used.
Curtains play an essential role in differentiating spaces and creating specific atmospheres. Incorporating vibrant colors and diverse fabrics, curtains not only add an aesthetic touch, but also act as visual separators that define specific areas, intensifying the sensory experience.
Baltazares is not simply a place to enjoy exquisite meals inspired by Andalusian tradition as well as international cocktails; it is a spectacle in itself.
