The project’s 500 units are spread over a 14-hectare estate made up of magnificent mountain homes, townhomes and condos.
The mountain townhomes range in size from 1,829 to 1,941 square feet, boasting elegantly designed interior and exterior spaces. Each home includes three spacious bedrooms, a gas fireplace and a luxurious spa.
Our condos are between 1,254 and 1,600 square feet, with elegant interior spaces, two to three bedrooms (depending on the unit you choose), a fireplace and large balconies, all promoting wellbeing, calm and community living.
The single-family mountain homes boast a living area of between 2,378 and 3,589 square feet, each featuring plenty of space, three to four luxurious bedrooms, a spa and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen.
All properties include outdoor heaters, ski storage and drying facilities. And the resort’s many amenities include a ski lift, a ski slope offering direct access to the Mont-Tremblant resort, hiking and biking trails in the Mont-Tremblant National Park, a treehouse with outdoor fireplaces and gathering spaces, a thermal spa and an outdoor pool—all under development as part of this groundbreaking project.
