Le Newman consists of three distinct buildings spread over a huge 20,000 m2 of land, more than half of which will be composed of inviting green spaces (terraces and paths). A few blocks from Angrignon Park, located along Newman Boulevard and extending to Léger Street, this vast project includes 950 housing units (condos, rentals, and apartments for active retirees) and ensures the revitalization of a commercial site (there were four car dealerships) playing an important role in the area of social responsibility.
Designed by the firm Neuf architectes, Le Newman is a unifying project that has multiple assets: a mixed residential offer, original quality architecture, sustainable development of the site and integration into the environment. A magnificent multiservice pavilion, surrounded by greenery, places to relax, socialize, and recreate will be the heart of this innovative project.
