Le Littoral is a contemporary residence nestled in the natural setting of La Malbaie, in Charlevoix. Designed to serve as both a family pied-à-terre and a luxury tourist home, Le Littoral celebrates the breathtaking view of the river and promotes user comfort thanks to its sleek and functional design.
Deconstructing and reworking the silhouette of the region's farm buildings, the house integrates discreetly into its environment. A special effort was made to minimize the impact on the land, wood cutting and terracing. Thus, the house is set on a precise axis, chosen to magnify the view of the river and offer great intimacy thanks to the forest at the back.
