GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN – 12th edition

The result of a collaboration between architects, artist Frédéric Lavoie, historian Claude Perreault and the Regroupement arts et culture Rosemont–Petite-Patrie (RACRPP), LAPS is a mobile work presented during Montreal’s 375th anniversary festivities. With this project, Architecturama hoped to evoke the memory process by integrating, among other things, personal photos from the past. The jury much appreciated the project, which it characterized as elegant and well-integrated into the urban landscape. It especially loved the mobile structures in the room that can be arranged in different ways depending on location.
