Farmhouse-style exterior, classic and country
Contemporary interior.
Nested on the tip of Wilcox in the town of North Hero in Grand Isle County, Vermont, this Farmhouse-style family cottage is the perfect place to unplug. Just a few hours from the city of Montreal, Lake Champlain reminds us of Maine’s waterfront and the countryside of Prince Edward County in Ontario.
The balance between comfort and functionality
This second home stands out for its functionality. Every detail is thought through to create one of the practical, utilitarian spaces for every member of the extended family without, however, neglecting comfort and warmth. It’s not for nothing that guests feel right at home here and can pick up the phone with ease.
The epic challenge
The project proved to be quite a challenge, with over 11 rooms, 4 bathrooms, a terrace and a garage. Every element, every space and every circulation zone was custom-designed to meet the demanding needs of our customers. The complete interior design plan, including material choices both inside and out, has been meticulously crafted to guarantee an unparalleled residential experience.
Attention to detail
The interior design approach in this project is characterized by exceptional attention to detail. From the bespoke furniture integrated into the kitchen to the cleverly designed storage spaces, we ensured that every element was unique. Everything was meticulously selected from the furniture, to the textiles, to the lighting, right down to the plumbing, orchestrated to create an unrivalled visual and sensory harmony.
Each room is set apart by the integration of a unique, colorful element or appliance that adds a touch of originality. The end result is a residence that exudes personality and refinement, where every detail tells a story.
