Developed by Cogir Immobilier, Jazz Saint-Bruno is a new luxury seniors home located in the heart of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. The proximity and access to stores and restaurants promote an independent and active lifestyle. Being close to the Mont-Saint-Bruno National Park, residents can enjoy nature and practice many outdoor activities.
ACT architecture design’s mandate was to design the typical units and develop all the common spaces of the project, always keeping in mind these elements that make it a unique project.
The residence promote numerous amenities within the building where a wide range of creative, social and physical activities are offered. The indoor and outdoor spaces act as an extension of their home so everyone can enjoy their retirement in a stimulating environment.
We can find an indoor pool, a gym, a restaurant, a wine cellar, a library, an art studio, and a large courtyard on the ground floor. In the basement are located a bowling alley, a game room, as well as a movie theatre. Always reminding the proximity of nature, the interior spaces have been carefully designed to create a soft and inviting atmosphere. These spaces delicately harmonize a contemporary and natural decor, thanks to its warm tones and abundant greenery.
