I. Project Overview and Positioning This is an office public space design located in the North Bund area of Shanghai, overlooking the Lujiazui Financial Trade Zone across the river. This project is more than just an office space; it integrates art and social elements. Considering its landmark status, it has created a shared space with multifunctional areas, including shared meeting rooms, a coffee bar, and an art hall, making it a unique urban landmark.
II. Design Concept a. Art Hall Situated on the 18th floor of the tower, it enjoys exceptional views. Inspired by linear art sculptures, the design uses angular lines to define spaces, creating a rich texture and embodying the aesthetics of structural art. The southwest space reaches a height of 12 meters, equipped with a mirrored stainless-steel ceiling that extends the space infinitely. Combined with LED screens and fiber-optic lighting, it creates a iconic art showcase, especially during the evenings.
b. Sky Café The interior space is divided using irregular polyhedral forms, continuing the concept of sculpture. The negotiation area centers around Poliform leather sofas and is complemented by furniture resembling art sculptures, creating an ultra-modern and futuristic atmosphere. The open and relaxed water bar promotes a free social atmosphere, strengthening interpersonal relationships.
c. Shared Office The space includes meeting rooms of various sizes, including small, combined, and video conference rooms, all equipped with conference systems. Ultra-clear glass replaces thick walls, and minimalistic frames maximize space utilization and flexibility, creating a multifunctional and aesthetically pleasing conference space.
