When it comes to customer meetings and confidential offices, it’s important to have spaces that are closed, but also open and bright! Windows in each office and at the end of the corridor, curtained walls and a stretched ceiling that literally raises the height and allows natural light to be reflected were carefully organized. Added to this, a customized selection of height-adjustable furniture and accent lighting to guarantee visibility at work surfaces and ensure the well-being and comfort of occupants, all in a contemporary design!

The importance of interior design for offices
Collaborative offices, enable group meetings or even training sessions. Fitted with wall-mounted televisions/double screens and technological systems for remote connection, these spaces also serve as places for exchanges between professionals.

The redesign of the space allows us to modernize the offices, improve the quality of life at work and enhance user-friendliness, and to move forward, we took into account work habits, ergonomics, visual and acoustic comfort with regard to the new needs.
We also took care to arrange the furniture in such a way as to support collective communication and efficiency in a unique environment that reinforces the spirit of belonging and involvement.
As light is one of the important foundations to be considered in the layout of spaces, this element was placed at the heart of the design to achieve positive effects on body and mind and express full potential. Whether next to a window or behind glass walls, the luminosity provided by the sun’s rays has guided the layout of private office spaces.
In the same vision and to get closer to sources of well-being and boost oxygen, greenery was essential! For organics, for color, for cheerfulness and for connection, we placed walls of greenery as well as plants in each office and communal spaces.

The ergonomics of workstations, the different standing and sitting positions for performing office work, the comfort of chairs, materials and suitability for technical configurations: air conditioning, heating, lighting, acoustics, were all taken into account in the space planning.
In phase 2, in the private executive offices, acoustic walls were installed like real works of art! Artofix products offer a complete range of architectural products and a perfect combination of acoustic comfort and design. A modern, timeless look, see fun in the 3-dimensional formula that enhances spaces and defines offices in a unique way.
On level 4 offices in the open air, we’ve created a space within a space with Artopex’s Axel Pavilion to adjust with hybrid office/teleworking needs. These different spaces allow for acoustic and visual privacy to facilitate concentration in an environment conducive to collaboration.
The conference room, although small in size, offers a collaborative space for small groups in an atmosphere conducive to discussion. Technology is an integral part of collaboration needs and to this end, a digital screen has been installed to easily share information. To facilitate discussions, acoustic elements such as Akupanel wall panels and carpet slats have been implemented to minimize reverberation and promote occupant comfort.
The design of Groupe BLP’s new offices offers users, customers, partners and collaborators a new image when they climb the stairs and face the custom-made, pristine white reception desk with integrated LED lighting. A new, professional, welcoming and well-organized image gives a first impression of quality that reflects the company’s values and offers a valued working environment that sets them apart from their competitors!
