Design concept:
The main customer groups of this project – how long have they been living in a high-pressure and fast-paced life state in the first tier .Long term work has made them physically and mentally exhausted. Their long cherished wishes for the living environment will focus on “health”, “comfort”, “quality” and “belonging”. We will plan and create a new visual space atmosphere based on this concept, so that they have the feelings of life and unique stories.
Design features:
The reception area at the front desk is a “fishing boat” device, which extracts the form of Foshan fishing boat and presents it in a modern art way. It is decorated with metal materials and becomes an exquisite artwork. A boat ripples on the Pinghu Lake, carrying a beautiful life like a courtyard.
The other “bud” device is to extract the bud shape of the white magnolia flower in Foshan, present it in modern art, and decorate it with metal materials to become an exquisite artwork. Buds are sprouting, implying a better future.
Sand table area – moved by the concise aesthetic feeling presented by the flowing water, the project tries to retain the memories of the local people. With the lake water as the medium, the project captures the artistic posture of water waves through the natural light and shadow and the texture of building materials, injects design concepts, and penetrates the space with the artistic tension given by the flexible curve of water. With the mirror as the medium, through the natural light and glass texture, the artistic beauty of the lake scenery is introduced and integrated with the architectural concept.
In depth negotiation area – the artistic water glass material is used to reflect the sparkling lake surface. The sun shines on the sofa through the screen, as if you are close to the lake and set off with the theme ‘lake’, which is as quiet as water and as light as a mountain.
Book bar – the possibility of meeting, self exploration, overlapping theme books with theme shaped bookcases, driving the wandering atmosphere of the space. The beauty of artistic products reflects a better life style through thematic screening of products. The book bar area combines multifunctional situational atmosphere such as music appreciation, reading, cultural creation and interaction, and reconstructs the plane to make it more comfortable and vivid for display. Strengthen the experiential space atmosphere, and provide an “oxygen rich” community for owners to communicate with each other, pass experience, develop interest, and meet guests.
