This case is an old house near the lake, with beautiful scenery. However, the internal structure of this building is built to meet the lifestyle of more than ten years ago, and it can no longer meet the life of young people at present. As a four-person family with two children, the owner of an old house is reborn in order to meet the living habits and sensory experience of the user’s family.
For the artistic expression of space, the designers adopted the design techniques of minimalism and deconstruction. The design language of points, lines and planes in the space rhythm is emphasized by breaking, crossing, overlapping, hanging and other design techniques, and then presented in the form of overall combination.
For the construction of residential life, many convenient details can also reflect humanistic care. For example, the application of kitchen niches will expand the storage and practicality of the counter tops. The equal proportion design idea of children’s room represents the idea of equal relationship. Weakens the discomfort brought by the double doors on the wall to the living room, and unifies and merges the wall by integrating the invisible doors, lockers, bookcases and other functions. In the design of each space, not only the actual use needs of the owner should be considered, but also the timeliness of its functions should be considered in the long run.
