The horizontal lines and fairly low profile of its facade are vaguely reminiscent of early 20th-century modern architecture, giving it a timeless character and setting it apart from other residences in its category.
The garden-floor layout provides direct access to the living areas via the front entrance, while enjoying unobstructed views to the rear through the large windows in the living and dining rooms. The lower floor, meanwhile, is reserved for secondary bedrooms and a vast family room.
