Dip, immersion in water as a ritual to relax and purify body and soul

The Dip bathtub by Rexa, designed by Monica Graffeo, art director and product designer of the company, is based on the Ofuro, the traditional Japanese bath, a pure wellness ritual.
It is one of the icons of Rexa’s freestanding bathtub collection: its compact and deep shape (135cmx75cm) was conceived to offer a regenerating experience for the person, invited to sit in immersion, completely enveloped by the sensation of well-being transmitted by the water.
The idea from which Dip originates perfectly represents Rexa’s vision of the bathroom: a space that focuses on the person and his/her real, daily needs, focusing on sensory perception. A space that is functional, but also dedicated to the senses, in which to perceive, feel and and fully live. This concept translates into solutions that concretely combine technology, wellness and creativity.
This is how Monica Graffeo describes Dip and her collaboration with the company: “The synergy with Rexa comes from a shared attitude to look beyond, while keeping a strong sense of concreteness”. This is how Dip was born, a bathtub infused with energy and a sense of ‘care’ that aims to uniquely represent one of the key objects of the bathroom.
Dip is also the best expression of Rexa’s culture of materials and system of finishes and colors: it is available in Korakril™ Blend Ice White or in Shark in the colors Nero, Grafite, Fango Luce, Grigio Luce and Zenzero. The soft touch finishes to choose from for the external lacquer are Nero, Grafite, Beige Fresco, Beige, Fango and Fango Luce.
The model can be completed with dedicated accessories: shelf and storage unit to facilitate access to the tub.
