Rhythmic Space “Dancing Ribbon”
- Spatial Definition:
With the aid of a dancing ribbon, the eight functional spaces in the vicinity are ingeniously intertwined, integrating the historic culture of Chengdu’s “Shu Embroidery” and achieving organic integration of spaces and deep cultural expression. The freely traversing ribbon showcases a unique design language and visual experience.
- Circulation Guidance:
The ribbon rises from the ground, wrapping around the interior of the building, connecting the various levels, making the circulation more coherent, and bringing rhythm and vitality to the space.
4.Humanistic Social Interaction:
Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal the internal “ribbon” art space, attracting the flow of people. The stepped square, reading café, and parent-child interaction area enhance social cohesion.
