This was a project born by two motivating factors.

First; the necessity to make use of a very expensive but obsolete piece of equipment I had bought for my previous business. Second; to come up with a rewarding time consuming craft for my ailing father. Having already had exposure to swarovski crystals, art and jewellery, and after many months of brainstorming and research, I was inspired to create an eyecatching moziac. Bolstered by this thought, I was driven to engineer a unique artistic composition by assembling jewellery componants whereby the uniqueness can be appreciated by the quality of the mounted stones and that it is soldered, not glued.

As anyone can imagine, the process is tedious and expensive but the results can be captivating and awe-inspiring, producing a “WOW FACTOR” experience in any setting, be it a residence, office, hotel lobby, commercial spaces, etc.
The image is a modified to a “Pop Art”  version of an illustration by an artist named Michel Canetti.
The art is 25″x 25″ consisting 10,000 soldered swarovski chatons mounted on a silver-plated setting framed in a 35″x 35″x 1.25″ with  5″ border made of glossy acrylic white.
My Passion is to create, develop and innovate to inspire a reaction .
