Corporativo Cervantes, strategically located on Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City, stands out for merging elegance, functionality and aesthetics in a welcoming environment for a law firm. With an extension of 1,000 square meters, this project has been meticulously planned to house 8 partners, 12 associates, 20 administrative employees and 40 interns, with a projected capacity for up to 250 people.
The architecture of Corporativo Cervantes not only integrates harmoniously with the surrounding environment, but also offers panoramic views of the forest and Chapultepec Castle. From its interior design to its spatial layout, every element has been carefully planned to be both aesthetically impressive and highly functional. The enclosed offices, strategically positioned towards the main facades, take full advantage of natural light and panoramic views, creating inspiring and luminous workspaces.
Circulation within the corporate building is organized in a cross shape, with the reception area located at the epicenter of the space. Here, visitors are greeted by a walnut wood soffit designed in organic shapes, whose curvature references the letter “C” for Cervantes. In the center of the ceiling, a pandurata tree becomes the central focus, surrounded by a modular armchair.
The corporate lighting, meticulously designed, skillfully blends direct and indirect light to highlight the architectural features and artwork that adorn the entire space. Woodwork plays an essential role, with walnut wood planks curving around the corners, creating additional shelving and work areas, bringing a sense of warmth and texture to the environment.
Marble is used strategically in various areas of the corporate office, using a color-coded quartering design to add visual variety and divide the work areas. In addition, the combination of walnut wood and textiles in neutral tones is used to convey a sense of seriousness, confidence and solidity, core values associated with the law firm and reflected throughout the interior design of the corporate office.
The integration of artwork, curated by Marcela Cauduro, director of Branco Arte, enriches the tour experience, bringing a variety of carefully selected pieces, from sculptures to paintings, that complement and elevate the corporate environment.
In addition, the sensory experience is further enriched by the olfactory design, which is achieved with the installation of scent diffusion devices. In the common areas, the scent of Italian lemon has been chosen to create a fresh and revitalizing atmosphere, while in the work areas, the scent of white tea has been chosen to promote calm and concentration.
In short, the Cervantes Corporate reflects the firm’s commitment to achieve a personalized design, where every detail has been carefully considered to promote productivity, well-being and inspiration in a balanced way.
