The condo benefits from the breathtaking view of the Saint-Laurent’s river and has the advantage of glazing on three of its four sides. The new layout allows for a view outside from any and every space.
The private spaces were grouped together in a compact volume, clearing the perimeter for circulation and visibility. Inside the volume, we step into an eccentric blue-tiled universe. Still, the interior of this private space provides views to the outside, be it while in the shower or in the bath. Black tinted glass ensures privacy while complimenting the black wood exterior of the volume. This black geometric area serves as a buffer between the living spaces and the bedrooms, contrasting with the otherwise white spaces.
