The mandate was to orchestrate the development of an aesthetic surgery and medical-aesthetic care clinic covering just over 10,000 square feet. The Innovation clinic took root in a new wood-frame building. Under the enlightened direction of Véronique Chayer, the Folio Design team was able to create a path guided by comfort and confidentiality. In addition to the clinical spaces and consultation offices, the project’s major challenge lay in integrating an operating suite housing two state-of-the-art operating rooms and a recovery room. The team ensured that both the functional and technical aspects were central to the design. In addition, the choice of materials was of crucial importance, being implicitly linked to the hygiene of the premises. A symbiosis of curved and linear forms was deliberately chosen to accentuate circulation axes and points of interest. In addition, the design strategy is based on the play of light-dark contrasts. Despite these contrasts, an atmosphere of softness and well-being emanates from the premises.
