The project is located in Kaifu District, the center of Changsha, close to the Xiangjiang River and surrounded by Liuyang River and Nianjia Lake. The site has excellent commercial, transportation, medical conditions, as well as a profound historical heritage. Changsha is a typical landscape city, also known as Shanshuizhoucheng, surrounded by mountains, rivers and greenery, where life and culture are integrated.
The sales gallery is called Qinyuan. The concept is to outline a space integrating mountains, water and isles with indoor and outdoor landscapes. Interpret in a contemporary way to create an entertaining space with decentralized planning. Integrate nature, culture, light and texture into the place. People and nature coexist harmoniously, and the quality of life is reflected in the details.
01 Landscape
Qinyuan applies the design approach of Suzhou Garden to create different sceneries with moving steps. The interior and exterior continue to progress layer by layer, as if the winding paths in the mountains and forests lead to secluded areas, allowing viewers to enjoy the changing scenery. Bringing the landscape inside, people can experience the city of mountains and rivers from indoors and slow down, see, listen and feel the heart, to achieve a sense of belonging at home.
02 Waterscape and Reception
Entering the lobby, the waterscape uses the different textures and lines of the stone to create the feeling of the majestic boulders. It is like walking under the cliff of a mountain. The water patterns of blue crystals on both sides of the mountain are clearly visible, like a stream of waterfalls pouring down. It forms a picture of traveling in the mountains. The bottom of the pool forms sands of different sizes as the water flow and waves accumulate.
Looking to the green plant wall through the light-colored metal grille and water-corrugated art glass, people can see a touch of green and feel the layers of the space, making the gallery full of vitality. The furnishings incorporate Chinese ink paintings and rustic artworks, adding a touch of literati style.
03 Sand table and discussion area
Based on the design concept of harmonious coexistence of people and nature, an urban Zen space for modern literati is created. From the sand table area to the artistic metal frame, to the discussion area, to look at the outdoor landscape wall, the interior scenery spreads to the open exterior landscape.
04 VIP Room and Tearoom
The VIP room and tea room are separated by metal and glass grille panels. The pure and moist stone texture surface is tempered by multiple processes of “water washing”, “spot brushing” and “hand polishing”. Every detail seems simple but makes the whole space quiet and contagious.
