The Kirkland Dental Center is set in an architecturally distinctive space, characterized by a large angled wall. Our initial intervention involved developing a spatial strategy integrating existing elements to ensure effective management of construction debris while staying within budget. Our approach, aligned with the clinic’s mission, prioritizes inclusion, openness and occupant comfort. The spatial organization implemented focuses on accessibility and offers an easy understanding of the premises. Particular attention was paid to the reception area and the user journey, with a spacious reception area evoking a sense of availability from the moment of entry. In addition to patient comfort, we took into account the specific requests of staff, adapting each space to meet their needs. The overall concept supports the mission of inclusion, creating a safe and comfortable environment for all types of clientele. Warm tones, openwork visual separations, the use of glass and natural textures give the space a friendly atmosphere focused on relaxation.
