This house is located in Town of Mount Royal and has been completely renovated with an extension and new landscaping. Each room was designed with its own personality.
The kitchen, particularly spacious and open to the dining room and living room, is very contemporary and warm. It was entirely custom-designed to provide all the specifics of a functional kitchen. An island in American walnut carries a worktop in Quartzite of exceptional resistance. The sobriety of the integrated cupboards in matt black stained oak is highlighted by a band of anthracite grey barrotins to bring a light contrast.
The master bathroom is divided into two distinct spaces that communicate through a large oak sliding door.
The bath area features a bathtub enhanced by a full height piece of marble that has been integrated like a work of art on the waxed concrete walls.
For each of the little girls, sweet rooms were created, with a bold choice of fabrics and wallpaper by Arte associated with furniture in roundness and delicacy.
One of the rooms is a fairy tale of golden pitch and a metallic paint also golden, while the other is a raspberry passion.
