The newly constructed Broccolini Presentation center, located in old Montreal, was designed to function as a condo showroom but still incorporate sophisticated elements of a hotel lounge and include inviting spaces that you would find in your own home. The goal was to create a welcoming space that invites clients in and incorporates elements of technology into the space in an artistic way.
Upon entering you are welcomed by an impressive showcase wall featuring several digital screens clad with an artist rendition collages of various Broccolini projects from the past, present and future. The expansive reception desk made of the finest marble invites all who enter to take a seat and enjoy a coffee.
To the right of the reception desk is the lounge area. This space features a half-moon luxurious velour banquette and is the perfect spot to gather for a meeting or have an evening a cocktail. Overlooking this space is an impressive 120” x 94.5” digital art screen that rotates several commissioned pieces of Digital Art by local Montréal artist Aude Guivarc’h.
The back of the presentation center includes a showpiece working kitchen that can function as an area for live cooking demonstrations. It also provides clients with inspiration for their own kitchen designs.
To the left of the kitchen is a living room designed to function as a true living room you would find in your home. Clients are able to relax on the Camaleonda inspired couch and review floorplans digitally on the screen.
The design team from Atelier Zébulon Perron used a combination of materials and textures within the presentation center. Using materials such as marble, travertine, and wood created different dimensions, design elements and warm tones to elevate the space and showcase the amazing work the Broccolini does across Canada.
