BottleFloor, a new hybrid flooring made from post-consumer PET bottles, is the first Shaw Contract collection to launch on the flooring platform, ReWorxTM.
This hybrid flooring solution combines the durability of a hard surface with the comfort of a soft surface. A 100% PET product that can be reused and recycled back into itself, BottleFloor merges innovation in product performance, materiality and circularity.
Designed With the End in Mind Made with 100% PET fiber, BottleFloor incorporates an average of 64 recycled post-consumer plastic bottles per square yard and is fully recyclable back into new ReWorxTM at the end of its first life on the floor.
Closing the Loop on Material Innovation
With a high-recycled content from single-use plastic bottles, BottleFloor can be recycled back into itself. We believe this is another next step, albeit a revolutionary one, on our journey to practice a regenerative closed-loop approach to sustainability

BottleFloor combines the visual and underfoot comfort of a soft surface with hard surface durability, creating a unique hybrid innovation for high-performance environments.
Performs with Static and Rolling Loads The high PSI tolerance of the product enhances resistance to indentation in areas with heavy static and rolling loads, per ASTM test methods. It offers optimum traction and slip resistance for the prevention of fatigue and injuries.
Stain Resistance ReWorxTM high-performance PET construction is inherently stain resistant.
Superior Durability The severe traffic tolerance rating of ReWorxTM provides enhanced durability in high-traffic areas.
