Ben & Florentine Restaurants are renewing their image !

Ben & Florentine breakfast and lunch restaurant chain is well established in Canada, for more than 10 years, and counts now more than a hundred locations.

Maintaining success key design elements while renewing brand image, preserving and renewing loyal customers interest while seeking for new fans, Reviewing entirely the look of the restaurants while preserving many of the original identity elements, Maintaining fluidity between renovation of existing locations and new constructions: these great subjects were embedded constituents that followed the work of our team all along, as we were creating this Ben & Florentine new concept for which we were proudly and happily mandated.

This new concept, developed in collaboration with our client MTY Brand Owner, Michel Lamontagne Brand President and his team, is an intelligent blend of elements preserved from the existing concept (colors in general, furniture items) and new enhancing items integrated: wood pergolas and louvered screens, black painted loft brick wall punctual applications, new luminous suspensions, plants in pots and on wall planters, panoramic ambiance wall-art… These new items are allowing the creation of inter-connecting zones in the dining area: positioned adequately and completed with a selection of colors and finishes, applied to surfaces and furniture, combination different for each zone. This way breaks drastically with former homogenic application and is undeniably the item of the new concept that’s most remarkable.

Let’s hope this new image provides Ben & Florentine clientele – regular and new – an experience that’s equally comforting and exciting, equally intimate and entertaining, equally soothing and stimulant: an experience matching Ben & Florentine’s new slogan: Delicious and Surprising !
