With its clean lines and timeless appearance, this residence is characterized by its bright spaces and elegant design. Ideally situated at the tip of a peninsula in Montreal’s northern suburbs, its lush gardens are an incredible oasis of peace on the shores of the Mille-Îles River.
For our clients, the ability to host family and friends with a minimum of fuss was a key consideration. The indoor and outdoor living spaces were designed to be practical and remarkably user-friendly, creating a perfect setting for impromptu get-togethers or fancy dinner parties. The unobstructed flows and durable building materials allow for flexible configurations and simplify maintenance.
For their more personal spaces on the first floor, the owners aspired to a level of luxury worthy of a grand hotel. The carpets, window dressings and bedding were all selected with care to create a cozy but refined environment.
