The project concerns the rehabilitation of 10 Duke, a former industrial site of grandiose dimensions. In order to enhance these, while responding to the program for the development of reception and office space, the architectural process has been guided by the adoption of pure lines and volumes, in contrast to the raw aspect of the existing structures, all left visible.
