Ateliers Héritage embodies a magnificent restoration of a historic building erected in 1926 and made of grey stone extracted from a quarry that was close to the current site. Echoing the Castelnau project, Ateliers Castelnau\’s concept pays tribute to the artisans who once learned their trade there. At the time, the workshops included shoemaking, cabinetmaking, typography and sewing. This restoration is resolutely contemporary, evoking this industrial past but resolutely modern, as much by the quality of the construction as by the choice of materials. Ateliers Héritage, which includes 36 condos spread over 5 floors, enriches the Mile-Ex real estate offer. The fourth phase of the Ateliers Castelnau project, this adjoining building also offers sought-after common spaces to its occupants: a gymnasium with glass walls, a splendid rooftop terrace, a multifunctional space, landscaping, and a green space.
