GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN – 15th edition

Discipline : Interior Design

Categories : Accommodation, Restaurant & Bar / Café & Food Concession : Silver Certification

AIR CANADA : Foodservice Installations completely renovated !

Employees at Air Canada Montreal headquarters are now enjoying their newly renovated foodservice installations.

Now called “Le Marché”, these installations are now composed of three distinct service areas accessible in-house:
1. Multi-stations main service area composed of various counters, with or without service, each offering a different menu: wok induction cooking show-kitchen, casseroles, grill/breakfast, fresh sushi/pokebols/Tonkinese soup, vast offer or bottled beverages and grab n’go meals, “Presto!” station allowing to pick-up complete online prepaid meals…!
Ceiling-hung screen menus, luminous signage at face of counters, broadcasting LED screen lined on four faces bulkhead above central service island, lifestyle wall shelving units, efficient and dynamic lighting, all of this provides a stimulating, fun and invigorating service environment.
2. A Starbucks Coffee Shop – A real one ! – just like the one around the corner;
3. A “Micro-Market type” self-serve area, accessible 24/7.

Seating area, composed of various types of furniture, allows different levels of comfort and groups, placed in sections created with various lighting intensities and types, ceiling heights, surrounding colors/materials and also with luminous glass screens embellished with “landing runway” pattern effect.

Artesa was privileged, in partnership with Compass/Axiomatech and Le Groupe CPR, in collaborating in the creation of this project, providing to Air Canada’s foodservice installations, a distinguished, clean/crisp and stimulating ambiance for fun breaks and gatherings.
