The objective of the advertising campaign A Sweet Career at Hershey is to raise the profile of Hershey Canada’s employer brand, in order to attract qualified talent to their manufacturing plant located in Granby, Montérégie.
The recruitment campaign was designed with an artistic approach based on the use of vibrant, contrasting colors, as well as the layering of fun icons. What’s more, photos of employees in surprising poses effectively convey their fun across the screens.
