Located on a 4350 square foot lot, the project features an exterior parent that contrasts a matte, horizontal St-Marc stone fitting with a vertical, ultra-reflective striped metal sheet. The jury was impressed by the space optimization and the attractive typology.
The occupant is transported in a film with an evolving spatio-temporal framework. It begins inside the hall, where the icy heights of the atrium sparkle and warms up in the wine bar with private wine cellar, the swimming pool and the spa. Sophisticated design and a successful play of contrasts.
Here, the kitchen stands out because of its mid-level position between the ground floor and the basement. A piece of white oak wall furniture links the different living spaces while the finishing details and the sensitivity of the lines contribute to the elegance of the residence.
The mid-century inspired kitchen is reminiscent of the play of colours and lines of Mondrian’s work. With its vertical and horizontal slices, Russian plywood gives the furniture a graphic aspect. A dynamic and refreshing space!
Simple and controlled, the intervention creates three distinct sections that delineate functions. The space is enlivened by the burnt orange vanity and the coloured shower tiles. Its rounded shape adds sensuality and echoes the original clawfoot bathtub.
The bathroom of this residential pool pavilion constitutes a secret space, hidden in a cylindrical volume. The natural lighting provided by the round skylight brings out the accessories and design details. A true work of art, the work of a jeweller!
Located in Miami, this pop-up creates a disruptive, artistic and colorful customer experience that reflects the city’s colorful culture and brand DNA. Like an artist’s studio, the design comes alive with a choice of atypical materials for a commercial environment.
Created for the Global Shop in Chicago, the booth integrates the principles of buyer loyalty: experience, commitment, convenience and technology and creates four anamorphic installations. Mention for this design with creative and successful experiential technology.
The straight line, symmetry and arrangement of the transitions dispel any ambiguity in reading. The sculptural staircase linking two contrasting poles creates a masterful gesture and provides a warm luxury that sums up the essence of the project.
