Located within Grand Green Osaka in front of Osaka Station, THE NORTH RESIDENCE emerges as the first for-sale residential tower in the North District, set within a rare urban condition where a major transportation hub, dense city fabric, and a vast public park coexist seamlessly. This exceptional setting offers both connectivity and tranquility at the heart of a global city.
Conceived under the concept of “THE PALACE,” the project represents the ultimate manifestation of an uncompromising, one-of-a-kind residence—an exclusive sanctuary for the discerning few. It seeks to transcend conventional luxury, appealing to ultra-high-net-worth individuals who value authenticity, cultural depth, and refined understatement. Ownership is positioned not merely as acquisition, but as a symbol of identity and enduring status.
Rooted in the principles of Neoclassicism, the design reinterprets the universal aesthetics of antiquity through a contemporary lens. Inspired by the late 18th-century revival of classical architecture, it emphasizes order, proportion, and clarity, redefining beauty through timeless values. This enduring pursuit is translated into a living environment that embodies dignity, monumentality, and relevance across generations.
The spatial experience is carefully orchestrated as a sequence. Transitioning from expansive natural surroundings, the entrance serves as a threshold into another world. Symmetry and axial composition establish a sense of ceremony, guiding residents through a progression of spaces defined by rhythm, silence, and anticipation. The ground level is conceived as a recessed, palace-like gateway, where a symbolic object marks arrival and heightens the sense of occasion.
Interior spaces are grounded in geometric principles, balancing functional clarity with refined elegance. Polished marble flooring, linear wood paneling, and precisely composed furnishings create a disciplined yet graceful aesthetic. Classical elements such as Corinthian columns and chandeliers reinforce a palatial atmosphere while maintaining a contemporary sensibility.
A hierarchy of communal and private spaces enriches the residential experience. From formal reception areas and concierge lounges to garden pavilions and elevated sky lounges, each space offers a distinct atmosphere. The garden lounge integrates architecture and nature, while the sky lounge provides panoramic views of Osaka, embodying exclusivity, privacy, and sophistication.
