Territoire Charlevoix is a remote location nestled between La Malbaie and Baie-Saint-Paul, set high in the wooded hills of the region. On this vast mountainside site, a series of cabins blends seamlessly into the landscape, offering spectacular views of Charlevoix’s valleys, forests, and endless horizons.
Designed by Atelier L’Abri, the architecture emphasizes simple forms, raw and rich materials, and a direct relationship with nature. Each cabin features panoramic views, generous windows, and a minimalist yet comfortable interior layout. Everything is designed to make space for calm, natural light, and a more mindful connection with the land.
Guests stay in complete autonomy, free to explore the vast territory on long walks, enjoy gourmet breaks at the Buvette Oui Oui, and end the day facing the open horizon.
Territoire Charlevoix is now part of BESIDE’s nature-based accommodation offering.

Large bay windows offer an unobstructed view of the Saint Lawrence River and the mountains. The interior, sober and elegant, emphasizes natural materials and soft tones.
A place where the minimalism of the architectural lines blends seamlessly with the beauty of the landscape. Wooden chalets, following the curves of the terrain, integrate harmoniously with the surrounding forest.

In 2024, Territoire Charlevoix was awarded a GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN in the Architecture category. Nestled in the heart of the majestic Charlevoix region, this bold project impressed the jury with its innovative approach and deep respect for the environment.
This prestigious award highlights the outstanding work of a passionate team that succeeded in creating a truly exceptional place. Territoire Charlevoix extends its heartfelt thanks to Atelier l’Abrie for its expertise, sensitivity, and the inspiration it brought to the project.
