Humaniti Hotel:
evolved, attractive, connected
In the heart of Montreal’s International District, Humaniti stands as a beacon of modernity. Combining boldness and elegance, its iconic “H” silhouette features a striking cantilevered structure 27 meters high, home to the Humaniti Hotel under the Autograph Collection banner by Marriott.
Designed by Andres Escobar in collaboration with Lemay_id, Humaniti’s brilliant blend of human inspiration and daring architecture celebrates the art of living in all its forms. Its vertical hybrid structure integrates living, working, and leisure spaces, fostering a vibrant urban community. Sleek, minimalist interiors are elevated by thoughtfully curated contemporary artworks. As an architectural manifesto, the hotel harmonizes aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability while remaining deeply connected to its environment.
Humaniti redefines urban living with its “smart vertical community” concept. This unique project seamlessly blends hotel, residential, and commercial spaces, creating an urban ecosystem designed to enrich the human experience. Here, understated luxury and sustainability converge to reinvent urban life standards.
Built to promote well-being and inspire, Humaniti combines sleek design, abundant natural light, and biophilic elements. Its commitment to sustainability is reflected in its LEED Silver certification while H-Anima, Marc Séguin’s bronze tree with vibrant foliage, evokes nature and add poetry and vitality to the urban landscape.
More than a hotel, Humaniti is a living space where art, design, and innovation meet, embodying Montreal’s vibrant and contemporary spirit.
