Rita PEDERZOLI RICCI

Interior Designer member of AIPI Italian professional interior designers Association, Property Real Estate staging advisor, Rita Pederzoli Ricci deals with consulting for residential, and retail spaces. Real estate development is a natural consequence of her training.

Since the beginning of 2000, she has been one of the first professionals to apply Home Staging in Italy through the Design Real Estate Consulting firm, entirely dedicated to this profession.

Diploma in Interior Design at the Faculty of Architecture with a thesis on the creation of emotional spaces, real estate development is a natural consequence of her educational path, to which is added the training in FERPI Italian Public Relations Federation and SDA Bocconi University.

Author of the book Amore a Prima Visita, the first dedicated to Home Staging published in Italy (Franco Angeli), Rita has participated in several television programs, radio interviews, and articles in the national press, helping to effectively disseminate real estate development.

Co-founder and President for 8 years of the Professional Association Home Staging Italia, now an Honorary Member, has led the Association to be the first recognized by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.

To date, she has gained twenty years of experience positioning almost 1,000 properties on the market. In addition to private projects in Italy and abroad, she has carried out valorization interventions for major real estate companies and investment funds.

Lecturer in Higher Education and Master Class courses for the major groups of Real Estate and in training courses for investors, in 2019 registered an operating method, called Rita Pederzoli Ricci Luxury Property Value. through a specific protocol, follows each phase of the process of real estate development alongside and defining the correct type of property on the reference market.

Always looking for new business scenarios in the field of Real Estate, at the end of 2019 is among the founders of VentiVenti Evolutionary Agency, reality that encompasses the twenty years of experience of creators in different areas and that deals with reproposing the real estate valued for film, advertising, television, contributing to the exaltation and dissemination of the Italian territory.
