Early in her career, Nicole dedicated her efforts to collaborating with manufacturers, distributors, and contractors, aiming to deepen her comprehension of materials essential for her designs. This hands-on approach allowed her to grasp installation techniques firsthand, fostering an understanding that has positioned her as an ally throughout the construction process.

Subsequently, Nicole transitioned into a freelance landscape architect, eventually navigating diverse roles such as project manager, team leader, and director within various firms. Over the course of a decade, she honed her expertise and discovered a dual passion for mentoring and teaching, alongside a love for the intricate realms of green infrastuctures and other technical elements related to her field.
