Giorgio CUI
Chief Architect and Urban Planner at RBTA since 1995, Giorgio Cui designs comprehensive and integrated master plans focused on sustainable development at the city and territorial scale. He has played a decisive role in major urban projects, including the “Connected City” program in Dallas and the Royal Arts Complex in Riyadh, and has built an impressive portfolio of projects across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
With more than 25 years of experience as a master planner, he provides recognized leadership by setting design directions and guiding teams throughout projects.
Known for his efficiency, decision-making ability, and collaborative mindset, he excels in managing complex projects. He oversees the entire development process, from early conceptual phases and sketching to construction plan supervision and client relationship management. He has also developed strong expertise in quality and cost control.
Throughout his career, he has actively contributed to process improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and organizational performance.
He is currently developing several large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and Albania.
