I've been working as Chief Architect and Urban Planner at RBTA since 1995, designing complete and integrated master plans for sustainable development at city and territory scale. I have played a decisive role in the design of large-scale urban schemes such as Dallas "Connected City" and "Great Moscow", with an impressive portfolio of completed projects in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
After 25+ years of experience as a practical hands-on Master Planner, I take a leading role through example in all projects, setting the design direction for design teams.
Efficient and motivating, with proficiency in decision-making and collaborative work, Astute problem-solver capable of priori-tizing and managing complex projects with proficiency and strong understand-ing of how project development is planned and delivered, from early conceptual phases, hand-drawings sketches, to control of construction plans and customer relationship. Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my quality control and cost control abilities.
I exercised communication, collaboration, and process improvement in contribution of team efforts and organizational improvements.
I believe in brain-storming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal. Personable and energetic with strong design leadership and management skills deployed from a standing start putting energy and passion into work.
Currently developing important large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia, Morocco, India and Albania.
