Didier CHINCHOLLE

Didier Chincholle is Head of Experience Design at Ericsson, where he leads a multi-award-winning team of UX designers in Stockholm, Sweden.

His professional story began in France, where he cultivated a passion for design and innovation. He earned a master’s degree in Architecture and Design, laying the foundation for a career that would bridge creativity, technology, and human needs. His early career was marked by a unique opportunity to contribute to the Aerospace industry, where he designed specialized equipment for astronauts and developed advanced graphical interfaces for Air Traffic Controllers .

In the late 1990s, Didier made a pivotal move to Sweden, joining Ericsson and transitioning into the rapidly evolving world of telecommunications. Since then, he has held a variety of influential design roles within the company, starting at Ericsson Research and progressing to lead UX teams across multiple business units. His leadership has been instrumental in driving user-centered innovation, earning recognition and accolades for his team’s outstanding achievements.
