Bryan WIENS
A Principal of LWG, Bryan has over twenty-nine years of experience directing and implementing complex facility projects. His excellent communication and project management skills have been called upon to deliver a wide variety of public and private sector workplace design initiatives. Bryan joined LWG after spending seven years leading and delivering projects of various sizes for the Architecture & Interior Design centre of expertise within the Federal Government.
Bryan’s current focus is workplace strategy, particularly in light of the impact that the pandemic has had on the expanded office ecosystem. The complex and evolving world of workplace design, with the merging of different design sectors and the intersection of furniture, architecture and technology is resulting is some very exciting design opportunities.
Bryan has also been a part-time Faculty Member of Algonquin College’s Interior Design Bachelor program, most recently having developed and taught their Professional Practice & Ethics course. He continues to work with Algonquin College’s Interior Design program as Chair of their Advisory Committee. Bryan is also on the Board of Directors for the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO), as well as serving as the Secretary of their Executive Committee. In addition, has has been recognized by ARIDO with Awards of Merit for two projects, most recently the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa project, which won in the Institutional Category in 2015.
