Specializing in the design and management of high-end, large-scale commercial, hospitality, residential, Transit, federal, and industrial projects, Ms. Sircar provides leadership from initial conception to completion, including budgeting and quality control. She is also adept at contract management, effectively reviewing contracts early on to protect the interests of both the firm and the client and managing them throughout the project's lifecycle.
