He spent more than a decade working for highly distinguished firms globally before founding APED in early 2015. Through Abhishek's leadership and vision, APED has extended its client base and geographic reach from India to North America to become a highly distinguished and internationally acclaimed design firm. Tapping into his extensive and multi-disciplinary experience for diverse projects in today's complex plus fast-moving world, he is leading the firm with fresh perspectives and game-changing project solutions – emphasizing clients' potential to achieve significant value and meaningful transformation through the power of design.
Abhishek is a Certified Interior Designer and a LEED Accredited Professional, he has been a vocal advocate for sustainable design and green building principles at the local, state and international levels. He received his Masters of Science in Interior Architecture and Design degree from the Drexel University, Philadelphia, USA. He is also passionately involved in the advocacy of the profession with various professional organizations, coalitions, councils and educational institutions as well as loves serving as jury at various international design awards & competitions.
