What prescient youthful memory relates to your present career?


At 15, I visited New York City for the first time with my mother. It made me want to conquer the world!

What are three basic rules you learned from your mentors?

■ Trust your instinct, listen to your heart.
■ Choose an honest and sincere method.
■ Persevere, especially when we believe things impossible.


What project launched your career?

Meeting Jean-Pierre Viau and working with him to see his first Orbite hair salon published in Interior Design in 1994 and making the cover, nonetheless, launched my career!

What is your current design state of mind?

I work in the promotion of design and architecture so the important thing for me is to have a sincere and honest, professional and rigorous approach and to keep a high standard of quality in the editorial line of our platform.


What living designer/architect do you most admire?

BJARKE INGELS, for its audacity and ambition, for its innovative projects, community initiatives and in sustainable development.

Projects that exhilarate me, touch me and move me! Life in all its forms: vegetal, mineral, animal and human.

A lighting apparel, for its magic, its transparency, its warmth and its brilliance! .
