What prescient youthful memory relates to your present career?
I admired a friend who worked in graphics; I really liked watching her work. As per talents in writing, the interest came by itself, almost by magic.
What are three basic rules you learned from your mentors?
I have no rules but ingredients that, in my opinion, can never be missing:
PASSION,
TRUST,
GRATITUDE.
What project launched your career?
The complex work of international branding and communication of CIFF,
China International Furniture Fair.
Any music playing while you work?
Nah… it distracts me!
Do you work in PJs or three-piece suits?
Undoubtedly, in three-piece suits!
What is your current design state of mind?
Design is everywhere and should never be lacking.
What is your most marked design quality?
See beyond, hear the whispers of the future.
How would you like your designs to go down in History?
As projects that generate and tell a change.
What peer quality do you most value?
The ability to make “normal” objects unusual and interesting.

Contents and graphic design represent, in an exemplary way, the philosophy and the works of one of the most important Italian architecture firm.
How are your country of belonging’s values reflected in your work?
Italy is part of my know-how; I am sure that being Italian gives an imprint to my enormous work; so big that I’m not even aware of it.
What always inspires you?
Nature and People who have been able to make choices that have changed that have generated a change… be it big or small.
If a spell were to transform you into an object, by all means, what would you like to be, and why?
A Colourful Candelabra on the table of a lounge bar on a Caribbean beach, to be able to spend time looking at the sea and listening to people’s stories; a different way to know the world.
What is your favorite place in the world?
POSITANO, ITALY
What design or architecture project do you wish you would have thought of yourself?

If you could host any THREE GUESTS, past or alive, over for dinner, who would you choose and what would you dare serving?
ACHILLE CASTIGLIONI, FRANK LLOYD WRIGH and TAMARA DE LEMPICKA.
I would make them taste my linguine with scampi.
What is your mantra?
It can be done, I don’t know how yet, but it can!
What is your dream? THINK BIG!
I don’t have a single dream…
I have so many.
Writing a children’s book,
working anywhere,
having a house with a lemon house on the Mediterranean, going to Hawaii,
having a house always full of friends,
having an exhibition with objects made by the disabled…
