How to deal with these relationships in villa design is very important. In this case, the design is involved from the initial stage of the building. Starting from the building itself and starting from the details, a warm and quality residential space integrating architecture, space, environment and people is created. The project has three floors, 1200 ㎡, with a large space. In the construction of the relationship between architecture and space, the designer respects the architecture itself, and polishes the architecture from the details to become the beautiful skeleton of space. Life needs a sense of ceremony. The lobby is designated to the left as the banquet space of the guest restaurant, and the right is the only way to the upstairs space. The design of the two half arc door openings is like the two sides of human nature and the two ends of the road of life, which also makes the space more aesthetic. The first and second floors of the living room are empty, and the top surface is designed with an arc-shaped lamp slot. The connection between the top surface and the curtain slot is curved outward, making the light source softer and the space more gentle. The folded edge and column arc treatment on one side of the cantilevered wall increase the geometric tension of the building on the space and create a unique aesthetic feeling of the space. The communication between spaces creates more communication opportunities for people. The second floor of the TV wall in the living room is connected to the son’s room. The designer designed a glass window to protrude toward the living room, which not only increases the interaction between spaces, but also becomes a scene in the living room.
The design of the second floor corridor also increases the communication with the living room space. When the sunlight freely pours through the floor to ceiling windows, it not only moistens the local space, but also makes the indoor and outdoor scenery more spatial. The external kitchen hall is designed with double functions of Chinese kitchen and western kitchen, banquet hall and small table to meet the natural transformation of the dining environment of the owner; The dining table and guide table are made of ultra-thin materials, with fashionable style and exquisite workmanship; The large floor to ceiling window design allows natural light to pour in at will, making the dining environment more comfortable and elegant. This side room has a high floor height. The designer divides the top surface into two layers, which are scattered from top to bottom. One side of the wall is separated by deep walnut wood products and rock plates. It is matched with lighting design and bright tonal table chairs. The sense of spatial hierarchy is richer and more modern. The homeowner is very interested in fashion and art. In the bedroom, the overall color is white, and the background wall at the head of the bed is dark walnut wood with vertical braces, which makes the space style more atmospheric and stable.
