The case is located in Hexi Central Business Area, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. It is an urban complex with 200m high-rise tower, integrating offices, apartments, shopping centers and other functions, will be the landmark of the core area. The whole building is made of metal and glass materials while adopting arc treatment , expresses a concise, modern and technology business district style. At the same time, the building elements such as the stepping backward terrace, roof,terrace, square, courtyard and air bridge, organically connect the building groups to form a modern urban green island, integrating residence, life, office, leisure and entertainment.
The landscape resources of three rivers and three parks are the design starting point of ecological green in this project. Starting from the space form, to build a green ecological building place integrating courtyard and square, high and low mixed terraces are designed, characteristic gray spaces such as roofs and overhead floors are reflected in each building. The outdoor square takes both artistry and interactive experience into account. Its central garden with the theme of seeking the stars, inspired by Van Gogh’s masterpiece “starry sky”, surrounded by LED interactive runway, expressing the concept of seeking a better life.
